Terms of Service

1. The service

Pyke processes long-form video you submit and produces short vertical clips with captions. Optionally, it can publish those clips to social accounts you connect. The service is provided by Uppzy Software LLC (Türkiye).

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Pyke.
• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Content and rights

You may only submit content that you own or that you are otherwise legally entitled to process. You keep all rights to the content you submit and to the clips generated from it. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service for you — for example to transcribe it, render clips and, at your request, upload them to your social accounts. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not publish it anywhere you have not asked us to.

You are solely responsible for whether your use of a given video is lawful, including copyright, the terms of the platform the video came from, and the rights of anyone appearing in it. If we receive a credible infringement complaint, we may remove content and, in repeated cases, suspend the account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pyke to:

• Process content you have no right to use, or circumvent a platform's access controls.
• Create or distribute unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually exploitative material.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent the origin of content.
• Violate the terms of any connected social platform, or use the service to spam it.
• Reverse engineer, overload, probe or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.

5. Connected social accounts

Connecting a social account is optional. When you do, you authorise Pyke to publish the specific clips you choose to the accounts you select, using the permissions you granted. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, rate limits or moderation decisions. You may disconnect at any time from Pyke's settings or from the provider's own security settings.

6. Credits and payment

• Processing consumes credits measured in seconds of source video duration, not clip output.
• Credits are held when a job starts and refunded automatically if the job fails.
• Plan limits — such as maximum video length, clips per job and storage — depend on your account type.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. Where paid plans apply, pricing and refund terms are shown at the point of purchase.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Pyke available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may impose reasonable limits to protect the service. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will give notice.

8. AI-generated output

Clip selection, transcription and captions are produced by automated systems and can be inaccurate. Review the output before publishing it. You are responsible for anything you publish from Pyke.

9. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time — see Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates legal risk, or abuses the infrastructure. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute — without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and we will announce material changes in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
